Pen Work
When I'm not working on artwork for people I love to get my pens out and just play around in inks. The Raven was quite a detailed illustration and was a challenge given that i had to create the birds shape/contours using only the light reflecting off the all black plumage. The Arctic Warbler was just me messing about and a half hearted attempt just to regain my pen techniques after not using them for a while (I just love ink work)

Hi Jack, found your blog through the horror of facebook. Many thanks for helping us have a fantastic week on Fair Isle.
